    "Empty mind is devil's workshop"
    I decided to utilize my free time to learn some skill, drawing is the best bet for me, it is kind of meditation you need to concentrate for some time period, I remember how I used to feel good after completing one sketch in my childhood. I need to experience that kind of happiness again. Please feel free to suggest me good resources for this. I might share my sketch here.

    So cool--great! I, too, need to use all this new found time that comes from not chasing the porn monster. So I now hike, paint rocks, garden, do wood carving (sort of), read a lot more, do puzzles, etc. etc. Life is soooo much better. If I don't feel life with the good stuff, the bad stuff is more likely to creep back in.
