excessive sexual thoughts

im on the longest streak i have ever been on, and i've noticed a major uptick in sexual thoughts. i never used to think about sex so often when PMO'ing, it was almost never on my mind. but now, intrusive sexual thoughts are a constant throughout my days since ive started NNN. they just pop up and i get distracted until i have to snap out of it. this increase in these fantasies and thoughts is really weird and super annoying, anybody else experience anything like this?

Yes and it might get worse. If they get too bad or disgusting just try to remember that the thoughts are not yours. You are not willing them. Having thoughts and fantasizing are 2 completely different things. Fantasies bring enjoyment and intrusive thoughts bring distress and depression. The brain can play very nasty tricks and be your worst enemy during this.
