I hope I'm done with them! This definitely makes a lot of sense. It's the death throes.

 

One of the most helpful posts - thanks man. Knowing it could feel worse before it gets better will help stay focused and humble too.

 

You mentioned having your extinction burst at days 10-15. All I can say is: Beware. These so called extinction bursts don't stop. I find they come in waves. On my longest streak they came at days 15-18, then 35-40, then at days 50-52 where I fell down and relapsed. It's up to you to keep going on this journey. For me I think it will take a lot longer than 90 days to get over my addictions.
