Extreme Overstimulation Precum Leakage

My Problem: When i date my gf i feel extreme sexual overstimulation (no touching, no kissing) like i am about to cum. This causes me instant erection with small amount of precum. When i relax myself gets better, but after every erection i receive precum leakage..

Also on the same day later, i have headaches and strong abdominal pain also in testicles. On the next day i am like in Flatline, but i have no longer pain.. ( i usually dont have abdominal or testical pain)

Could you please help me or just give me a advice?
