No man is stronger, braver, or freer than he who can turn his back on porn, on masturbation, and on orgasm and choose to walk away from all three for the long term. Conversely, no man is truly strong, brave, or free if he thinks that he is compelled to fap. Think about it: The only thing that anybody absolutely has to do is die. Everything else is optional, and nobody ever died because he didn't fap. That's why fapping is a want and not a need, and that's why fapping (or not fapping) is a choice. Only when a man realizes the completely optional nature of fapping is he free even to consider the real possibility of not fapping and the benefits to be gained through that choice.

The individual commitment not to fap is a choice when we first make it, and it remains a choice to be remade continuously from that time forward. Most of us still feel the want to fap, and it's within our power to choose to fap at any minute; but we fortunately learn to want even more not to fap, because that's the path to our chosen goals. Making and keeping the choice to walk away from porn, masturbation, and orgasm opens up a whole new world of possibilities in our lives, if we can learn to live the choice. It's not about not fapping anymore. It's about not caring anymore that you don't fap. In the final analysis, the extinction of PMO is a small price to pay for the momentous changes and benefits that await us in the new way of life during and beyond our reboots. Choose no-PMO, and live the choice!
