    Hi, I am 21 years old. Since I started watching porn in 9th grade, I used to get aroused by a woman undressing. Nothing more was required. But as I grew older, my fantasies became darker, sadistic and shameful. I can't even mention these things to anyone.
    Sex is all I ever think about and it is affecting my career as well as personal life.
    I want to get my mind off it so that I can do other productive things.

    Whatever your fetishes are, as you do your reboot, you will see them diminish in their power over you. I would recommend starting a journal in the appropriate section for your age. It will help you see your progress, and you will get feedback from others.
    Fighting fetishes is difficult. It is even more complicated if you cannot talk about them. There are probably people here fighting and beating similar fetishes. It can be done, and it is easier when you share the struggle. You can beat this.

    I hear you. My main fetishes were spanking, medical, and women in prison especially cavity searches. I had to stop. I think we have those fetishes because of the power dynamic. Never went darker but understand the appeal to a point.
