My father was worried much about me in the beginning. But later on he ignored on my this topic. because we just don't remind the part of society we all are engaged in our own activities which are complete failure.

I did not used to watch too much porn but in 11th and 12th I started to watch it very much which was really harmful for me.

Today I think that I have pressed the talent in me very much
but I think that nofap is like a spring much you will press the talent much it will get out.
The changes observed are as folfollow
1. I lost my 15 kg of weight
2. I started to dominate the persons even my dad

6. as soon as day pass other addictions to get away I didn't have addictions like smoking but I used to see much TV that today I don't waste my time on that as before.
Friends my life has completely transformed from from a poorly minded child to a brilliant personality even people look at me very much and the things about girls attraction it has been increased but now I am myself ignore the girls because I don't want to waste my time on that and I have my streak upto 200 days at least actually I had stopped accounting of my days but today I am very happy about that.

you would be asking me that how I completed two hundred days without even posting a thread on this forum but I want to answer that I was not using an Android phone today I am using an Android phone it was a part of my plan not to get deviated from target.
