Most of the time if not all of the times, a scene that made me heavy arousal will eventually start to boring me after PMO several times to it.

It had happened to me that during rebooting certain scenes or things that I used to M appears in my mind and dont go away until I relapse. But after that, it not come back in future reboots.

What I do is let the relapse happen, then when Im become aroused or horny, I just think in old P scenes that not made me arousal anymore, and that is how I fix it.
