Its day 50 and i feel like i smoked weed or something, its the feeling like being in a dreamy state but actually not, like you ran a marathon and got the runners high feeling. I something have that and then suddenly disappears at night where i felt super clear, no brainfog nothing. But then it comes back and i feel like not being present. Is it a mix of brainfog with something else? I feel no axienty, so sweaty palms or faster heart, Its all been relaxed and i feel this runners high constantly.
If you ever did Wim Hof breathing which i havent done, you know that feeling but i have that high feeling constant
Who else has this and can declare what this is?

Possibly Derealization or depersonalization. Both are dissociative disorders that cause a person to feel out of their own body, or not fully present in realty. It feels like a high feeling but you aren’t high, but you feel ad if you are in that dreamy state when high on weed.

It’s actually common and a lot of people go through it, I went through it one time after a really bad experience with weed, but I got over it. It’s harmless, and you get over it by accepting the state of mind and it eventually goes away.

Look up videos on it, they will break it down for you and it’s very simple to overcome. Good job on 50 days btw.

What you're describing could be related to a variety of factors, and it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation. It's possible that your sensations are related to changes in your body's chemistry, stress levels, sleep patterns, or even diet. It's great that you're not experiencing anxiety or other concerning symptoms, but if these sensations persist or worsen, it's advisable to seek medical advice for a more accurate assessment.
