finally went a whole week

have been trying to quit for approximately one year now, and i have never been able to get past 3 fucking days, i had always consistently and reliably relapsed. until this week. started 10/31 and havent nutted or watched porn since then. i know its not much, but finally being able to go a week feels huge to me, and i currently don't see or feel any signs of me slowing down. its been rough, but it feels like i got to the top of a small hill i hadnt been able to climb before. stay strong boys, NNN aint over yet.

I still have bad days, but nowhere near like I was. At the 20-30 day mark it was hell.
