First time rebooting

    Hello everyone,

    I know I'm addicted to PMO for about 5 years.
    I have been in rehab for internet sex addiction 4 years ago. It helped but shortly after the rehab has stopped i was getting back on track in my old (unwanted) behavior of PMO.

    After a recent rejection by a wonderful women (she has met somebody else) i came across to this website.
    The relationship started hopeful a few months ago but as time did go by I felt like I was loosing here.
    I think the main reason for the rejection is PMO and I want to quit it!!

    Next year I'm turning 30 and I want to become the man i should be so i can start a healthy relationship.

    I've decided to start a 'hard mode' reboot and I'm eager to reach the 90 days!

    It’s going to hurt like hell initially especially the first 2 weeks.

    Thanks for the headsup, what is your longest streak?

    Since july, when I met the girl, I have been trying to reduce.
    Since 1-8-2017 I have been able to have a 46 day streak without the use of
    payed webcam
    .
    After relapse I'm currently on a 21 day streak.
    For now i'm feeling ok, I'm eager to change!

    It’s it 21 Days hard mode I’d give it another two weeks before you try anything. All my reboots have been like 26-28 days but I’ve limited the relapse to one day and at most two orgasms them went right back to hard mode for close to another month.

    Given your heavy use you might really need a full 90 day hard mode purge just to start the healing process and regain some sensitivity in your dick.

    My ED is caused by porn by anti depressants. I want to stop porn for ethical and moral reasons. I am doing MO withdrawals as a form of penance.
