From today, no more porn!

Hello, today to make it official, I will abstain from PMO. After a few false starts and careful planning, today will mark the 1st day of my abstinence. I am not addicted to porn in anyway, nor stay up till the birds sing to jack one off; but, I want a new fresh outlook on life. Free from the 'mind-forged manacles' as William Blake once wrote. I will stick to it no matter much I want to do 'it.' That is a promise.

 

I do agree that over confidence can hinder efforts, but I believe that I can! Belief can take someone a long way.

 

Yeah, I see that now. I'll aim for 7 days PMO free, then work my way up! Thanks for the reality check.
