    After NNN (No Nut November), DDD (Don't Discharge December) and JJJ (Jail Jizz January), it's time to prepare for the FFF (Fuck Fap February)

    Some of you failed the JJJ, in which case FFF is your chance at redemption!

    Let's use this month to build positive momentum.

    Join me for FFF.
