Gorra do something new, but what?

    Hi,
    I relapsed after only 3 days, and It made me realize that this is gonna be a tougher than I expected so It got me thibking: my brain is used to getting dopamine and pleasure easily by mastrubating and watching porn, so It would Really help if I did something that also gave me pleasure when the cravings get Really intentese, something especific to account for the dopamine when brain used to get like excercising or reading, but those things I already and have bien doing for a while, hence i dont think they are gonna work as a substituye, any ideas?

    And fapping used to take away some of the stress and anxiety, so It would also help doing things that relaxed me to substitute the fapping. I'm gonna walk my dog more regularly.

    Also, i've decides i'm gonna minimize the amount of time i spent in 9gag, and do It only un public, because everytime i browse It i find a trigger that leads to porn.

    Go to the beach.
    Play sports with your friends.
    Play video games.
    Go to the cinema .
    Try pick up girls .
    Pray to God.
    Learn something to new.
    Read a book.
    Visit YBOP and get more educated on how bad porn is ..so you don't ever go back to it.
