    hey to all
    I am on day 56 today and from last two days i ma feeling very bad like depressed,de motivated, sleepy all the time,eyes looks like burden on them and body is not well ,,i know i am on my flatline but it was ok before 2 3 days back but now it is getting worse and worse ...i have no energy to do anything and i dont wanna talk to anyone and dull enrgy at the gym too...give your opinions
     
  2. That is unusual. Usually when you get close to 2 months you start seeing some improvement. Are you doing no PMO? Have you added good habits and thoughts to replace your old destructive ones?

    Sounds like withdrawal symptoms. Many of us have them and can last up to three years. They come in waves, so you feel very bad a couple of weeks, then better, then bad again, so on and so forth, until you are totally healed.

    Are other things going on in your life? It is impossible to feel great all the time as a human. You may be working too hard, you may be feeling lonely and depressed. You may just be run down and need a break. More insight needed.

    A good choice. I used to struggle way more when I was only abstaining from P, because of the chaser effect.

    For your subject: I think experiencing bad days from time to time is common. These are the times when it's easier to relapse, but this is the reason that these times also are the times that build you up (that is if you overcame your temptations). I tend to look at it in a macro-view, seeing that there's more good to me in this process than bad, and at the same time when I find myself struggle remember that this is merely a step towards getting better.
