    if you believe in the science that says nofap increase testosterone and because test is responsible for hair loss, it should be worst.

    I'd only do this if you're indifferent to losing your hair. If you want to save it you need a proper DHT blocker at least. I don't think anything else has been very proven to work, or even make a dent in most cases.
