This was a while ago man but in all my experience I find bananas boost my libido better than anything. There was a period where I was eating an entire bunch of bananas everyday (I am big into weightlifting) and it boosted my libido through the roof. I have actually started that again as I've jsut got back into weight lifting after a very serious injury. In periods where my libido was raging was when my hair was the healthiest so i definitely think the bananas are somewhat related considering how much they boosted my libido.

Thank you for this. Hair loss was my biggest scare about this. It’s what made me want to stop. So encouraging to see that it gets better

Roughly 5 months of abstinence. I have slipped up a few times. Anyway, My libido is firing again and I am healthier and more energetic than I have ever been. The hair growth is 100% real. Have not taken any hair supplements. No Finasteride, No Minoxidil. Pure abstinent grown hair.

Yes! At 4-6 months clean I told my husband he was a lot hairier!!
