There is a version of it out there on PDF if you google the name of the study. To be clear, its something I am super sensitive to, so always go overboard in terms of checking sources. Didn't intend anything other than: Careful with information sources. We cannot rely on them! Appreciate the congeniality of your reply.

Man, why wouldn't you be sexual if you have a person available and both feel like doing it with each other?

About that study of semen being "expensive" - well, bodies are designed and built to be USED.
It would be the same as saying "don't exercise because it requires energy".

Fapping to porn fantasies and images in your mind fucks you up because it clouds your mind further.
Normal, authentic and natural sex is a way of life.

Everyone on Earth is only here because people are fucking!

    Edit:
    I better clarify.
I'm actually just as much writing "to" the person who mentions the study.
I think it is a good idea that you don't want to be consciously being nonsexual unless there is a good reason.

Was it for this reason (the study etc.) that you stopped being sexual with that girl? Or just lack of interest on your part?

I'm doing the opposite. I'm making sure I have an outlet for expressing sex, also during my NoFap challenge.
I have a FWB that I already had before that. I still see her, and that works fine.

Are bodies really designed? Do you work in an android factory?

Yes. No matter whether you take it from a purely Darwinistic viewpoint or from a spiritual or even religious viewpoint, bodies are evidently there because they work and fulfill a purpose and a function.
Otherwise that genetic line wouldn't have survived, very simple.

The "use it or lose it" principle is easy to observe - just with exercise. Not only in the physical shape and condition of the body, but so many other health factors are vastly affected by this. That there is blood circulation, digestion, perspiration.
The body is not a blob of meat that is just meant to remain static and hold on to all energy and all body fluids.

That bodies are there because they work and fulfill a purpose and a function <> they were designed. You seem to be saying that bodies were designed because they evolved. Am I wrong? I guess if by saying they were designed, you mean they evolved, we are in agreement.

I have to confess I don't understand the point of the rest of your post there. Can you restate or elaborate?

^ It's not so important whether you see it as Darwinian evolution solely, or intelligent design, or a combination.
The bodies that were able to make shit happen, survived and procreated.

The point I was making was simply the old truism regarding the body: USE IT OR LOSE IT!

And to not worry about "semen being expensive". (I don't even know if it is true).
But as I said, it would be the same as saying that every time you do hard work, you are reducing your life span.
That's not the way it works. The body is made (however you want to phrase that) to work and be exerted. That's how it has survived so far.

About the rest: is it the "clouded mind" you talk about?
Well, I suggest looking at own experiences - or try it out. Heavy PMO to really kinky porn, several times a day and for a long period.

How clear is your mind after that? How are you thinking and feeling around women? Are you "preloaded" (or easily triggered) by lots of sexual thoughts? Where is your attention going? To their bodies all the time - or to the real person you are talking to?

That's what I mean with a clouded mind. It is not free. The thoughts, emotions and attention is jaded and skewed.
