Hardcore battle against edging or even starting it.

    Today I used the panic button.
    I think that I'm actually having a war against practiving edging.
    My point has been to avoid O, but I am always relapsing on edging.

    Still no O's so far, but dang, sometimes, it seems not to be even worth it!!

    I have started to doubt quite a bit..
    Hoping I can have a wet dream that can drain all my libido away!!

    Dang... Definitely, dopamine is a dangerous thing...

    God! I want to have an O so bad, but at least to have that dopamine that leaves me in peace!

    Watching loud music such as Linkin Park (when they become kinda' crazy ), has helped me out to distress.
    Also watching at horror (I love intensity in everything).

    I will see how this goes.
    Is hard. I just wanna make sure is woth it :/

    The easiest way to avoid edging is to avoid looking at P or touching yourself at all. You know this already. Put it into practice.

    I've been the same many times. As samnf1990 said, you already know what to do. But let me elaborate a little on putting into practice. Ask yourself why you are even doing NoFap in the first place. From experience and reading a lot of other people's stories I know that whenever someone is starting to break, they make the mistake of not remembering the reason for all this. It is a powerful tool, but needs to be used! It won't come itself. Some realise they haven't even established a clear goal at all! How are you going to succeed if you don't know what you're succeeding in? So while the urge is arising, try to remember the goal. What am I going to get out of this? What do I want to be like? Imagine it with all your might, emotions have a leverage over the brain. Then just identify what you need to do to achieve the goal, like obviously "I cannot fap, look at porn etc." Pour your emotions into it, you have them. If it wasn't important to you, you wouldn't have such a hard time resisting, would you?
    Also, establish a coping mechanism and force your way out of the urge. Count to 5 and take a cold shower immediately before rationalizing the behaviour. Or start doing push-ups. If you can, leave the house. Find anything to get your mind off the urge. You must know your purpose if you're doing NoFap, most of the time doing it "YOLO" won't work. There's so much more to dealing with urges. Try to find your way. If you want, feel free to write me. Good luck!
