I wouldn't reset it. I would advise not thinking about WD's. Don't even document them. People develop mental schisms over them, just shrug them off. By talking about them I think you are worsening them. They are unavoidable. Some people have tips to reduce them but to eliminate them one really needs to be a true master of their consciousness, such people wouldn't have a need to be on this forum I'm guessing...

So just don't let one bother you if you get it. Hopefully that doesn't happen and if it does they are few and far between.

If I had a wet dream, I wouldn't reset. No need to change the counter. It's not within your control and doesn't count as a O.

The first time I had sex with my GF, I masturbated a bit and realized my mistake. I have never masturbated ever since. I didn't bother to reset the counter. Most important thing is not to relapse

I also never had a wet dream. If I do, I don't think it would effect me that much.
