Guys i just wanna say that i have been doing reboot since january1st and in day 21 i i mastubated ... My point is that after the orgasm i hated porn and mastubation cus they seemed fake ....it really like an achievement to me...but was it really bad fo me ti mastubate during my reboot

The hate you project on others is your own hate how you hate yourself. Please do some spiritual healing of your soul and stop saying such things. You will heal your own hatred by forgiving others for who they are. Can you hate someone who you have forgiven?

yeh i hate porn too. After i have o'ed I really hate it due to it taking you away from reality.

How can you recommend hating porn as a good strategy? Hatred is exciting and important for the brain. Meaning you charge the neural connections that represent porn with more emotion. That doesn't help to forget all about it and get it out of your life, let me tell you that. Make porn less exciting, not more exciting.
