I'm a 23 old man. I have had a cast fetish for as long as I can remember. I've tried to quit fapping and watching cast fetish content several times, but I've consistently failed. I also tried fapping on regular porn, but it didn't help.
My longest streak of NoFap is around 5-7 days. My latest streak was 2 days ago, and it was 2.5 days long. Maybe I should start with a smaller goal, like quitting only watching porn and cast fetish content.
I decided to start a P-mode challenge for 7 days for now. And then I will try to extend it progressively. I will try to post here every day to keep myself accountable.
I would like to know if any other people have the same problem and how they deal with it. I'm also open to any suggestions.
