Help for a Newbie please

Hi there everyone, please could you tell me how I set up a Reboot goal and a journal please as I'm struggling to do either? I tried to post in the journal section but it wouldn't let me? All help great fully received Thank you, UB

 

How old are you? You can scroll through the journals until you see your age group. Click on your age group and in the right top corner you will see "post new thread" in blue. Click on that, title your journal and write!

@UsainBolted you click on someone else's tracker bar and it will take you where you need to go...

Hey! No I am actually a wife of a former addict and I just like coming here to offer support and advice and to get advice and support. As you know there aren't too many people going through NoFap and there aren't many couples who have come out the other side so I am trying to pay it forward!
