    I’ve really struggled to quit PMO for ages now, but just as I started to feel like I’ve turned a corner I see a video linking increased M to decrease Prostate Cancer risk, please tell me that is fake???

    That is not true. People use that to comfort themselves, hence remaining in those bad habits
