Hi Guys,

Im new to noFap, im 20 years old and addicted to Femdom Porn since I'm 12. I love Toilet Slavery,Cuckolding,FootFetish,AlphaCouples,...etc. but when im not horny I'm really sad,because I want a normal sexuality and I spend so much money on fetish porn and I have no friends anymore because of it :( I'm looking forward to get rid of these Fetishes somehow with your help :)

Thank you everybody,my strategy is to reduce the porn consumption first and then maybe 1 day, i'll try to stop watching porn completely. But i can't just go from zero to hero if you know what I mean, because at the moment I watch Femdom Porn every day for at least a few hours. Buying expensive Femdom clips and subscriptions to Femdom Sites :( Maybe I will do something like reduce the consumption to 1 hour everyday for a week,then 45 min,then 30 , ... and so on. Is this a good Idea? Someone here, who has experience with Femdom Porn Addiction ?

What does you choosing to refer to yourself in terms of your fetish mean though?

Well as long as we watch it I think we really are our fetishes,because they are so fucking strong. For example I also had a specific phobia(emetophobia), which usually cannot be cured,but through Femdom i overcame that phobia, because I wanted to be a toilet slave and now I dont care anymore if I'm sick or another person is sick.Now I'm even ok with people puking in my mouth lol , but ok I have to admit that this is a bit fucked up :D Anyway if your watching Vanilla-Porn it's not the same,trust me. Fetish Porn is way stronger. But if I could choose between this really horrible phobia and Femdom,I would always pick Femdom.
=> Thats why I named myself like that,because at the moment I'm still watching Femdom :(

If it helps I think that fetishes are something which our brain develops in order to keep that dopamine injection feeling as good as it did when we first discovered porn.
Think of it in terms of any addiction, at first we need just a little bit, but as time goes by we need more and more to get that same high we're seeking.

Unlike a dealer, who needs more money so you can get a fix, our brains need novelty. I found porn early in life and so for me I was heavily into femdom too around 16-17.
I liked the novelty, I liked the different scenarios - Its fantasy gone wild.
However I tried to cut back heavily and succeeded to a point. I am not perfect and I have relapsed, the good news I want to share is that for me the strong hold that fetishes had over me really was lessened a huge amount. Porn is still a problem, very much so, but I can say that fetish porn is no longer the issue - I have enough trouble now with real vanilla stuff!

So my advice to you is try to cut back, use the support here, get accountable and try also to gear up your mind - because for me that has been the biggest obstacle, I am not going to list my fetishes because that could be a trigger for you however I know the stuff that you have seen and my imagination has a lot of material to work with. Try to not give it any more and go one day at a time.

I'm just a normal ordinary member. No moderator super powers and no special insite. I share my ESH (Experience, Strength and Hope) of what works for me.

Just another warm welcome and a heart felt hello. This community has helped me so much.

What worked for me was "working" it. It took hard work for me to complete a hard reboot (No pmo) for 120 days, then move into a Sex Positive mode.

First, reading the literature published by NoFap itself along with reading journals.

Then, doing the work. Writing in my journal and replying to introductions and other's journals.

Finally, but not least, getting involved with the fellowship. I found it on the forums, but also in people's profiles. The forums tend to be longer posts, where the profiles tend to be more "conversational".

That is what has worked for me. I like to remind myself that this community was here waiting for me with the lights on when I arrived. Now, I have to do my best to be there when someone comes to the community.

Bro, I can't prove it to you without taking some pretty awkward photographs and anyways I'd have to look at some vanilla porn! But please dude, don't give in, I was in a very similar place. I only used fetish porn, it was always based around humiliation - heck it got to the point where I would have to do some stuff in public just to enjoy it and then feel so ashamed afterwards. But if you can set yourself some small goals, don't do too much at once, and above all else be kind to yourself. You are 20 years old and you have a great life ahead of you, if you were to cut back for a year or two and only then abstain completely for 1 month you'd have improved your self esteem by miles and you'd still be just 22. You can do this bro.

I know I’m two years late, but I’m 18, and I’m going thru exactly what you have with every fetish just as strong. I was hoping to know what happened? And wether or not it worked because I’m worried it won’t for me right now.
