Hi everybody, New Here!

    I have been thinking to undertake the challenge for a long time, but could not let go of my porn and smoking addiction. I am also suffering from a high degree of frequent night-falls, always breaking my back and resolve. Then, I go back running to the same vicious cycle. May this time be the effective and final time.

    Try quitting cold turkey every addiction ,be serious about it and see how long you can get. Jesus Christ Yeshua will definitely help you with every bad habit.

    Assalam o Alaikum Everyone!
    Just started the challenge. I have been meaning to do it from quite a long time. But every time I make up my mind, and have day or two into the PMO-NoFap Challenge, I would have a night-fall(nocturnal emission). Following that event, in the morning, the Chaser Effect "What the "Chaser Effect" is - and how to beat it. - NoFap" would commence to wreck havoc upon me. All my strength, and resolve would be thrown down the gutter. Can anybody guide me as to how can I protect myself against nightfall(s) in the future??? The have been severely detrimental to whatever good I wished to achieve. Need HELP and GUIDANCE!!!

    DAY 4
    Last night, at around 11 o' clock, I was facing a severe nicotine desire. Fortunately or unfortunately, I could not find any source. Still thinking of how to acquire (or how not to desire it), I drifted into sleep. In the sleep somehow, beyond the scope of my memory, I had a wet dream in which I ejaculated. Upon knowing this, I felt deep seated depression, and anxiety as if I was going to fail this time too. But I managed to get up, wash myself and go to job. Without nicotine and the semen-retention streak of previous four days, the working hours have passed without much difficulty. Rather, they were a fair bit productive as well.

    While things may seem okay for now, on the other hand, if the wet dreams accompanied with frequent and substantial ejaculation continue, I know I am in big pain. From this moment onwards, I resolve to do anything in my power to avert any wet dreams. SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOMED!

    Lastly, should I RESET my counter because of the wet-dream???

    No, wet dreams are not a reason to reset your counter. You are still doing your streak. You are young and virile and you likely have frequent times when you ejaculate semen as you sleep. Prior to doing NoFap, your body was probably used to producing a lot of semen, so maybe it will calm down a bit as you progress.

    IMO, you cannot prevent wet dreams. However, there are things which make them more likely. For example, if you sleep on your front, your body weight is on your genitals and might cause a wet dream. Even more so, if you go to bed with sexual fantasies in your mind, your are more likely to cum. So, keep your thoughts as clean as possible Muhammad Ali brother. :)

    I edge today but not to porn, to a nude scene in a season. Should I reset my day counter???
