Hi , I am 19 year old and addictive to masterbation since 2 year and 9 month. My addiction literally destroying me. I can't talk to my family,i can't even watch movies because my brain think it is low dopamine. I tried so many ways to stop this.but nothing can't , then i find this forum, guys can you help me to destroy my pmo addiction.
