[The post can consist pontentional triggers] Hi, I'm a conservative methodist from Slovakia (my church is kinda close to lutherans tbh but also very close to pentecostal movement) who's struggling with pornography (mainly in a text form) and same sex attraction since i hit puberty 7 years ago. Until last christmas it was fine until i realized this sin and everything went down. From suicidal thoughts, feeling unworthy, feeling how my body sexually woke up, making weirdass fetishes etc. I'm 20 now. Slowly i'm trying to deny myself for the Lord but it's tough. Mostly when i relapse or loose is mostly by practicing homosexuality (not like the act yourself but you can imagine) which makes me feel unworthy and many times i got anxiety and i'm not able to do anything productive the whole day (not even spending time with the Lord). Thankfully i was able to overcome my suicidal thoughts thanks to Lord and I found a faith in him again and moral support in my church to overcome this problem. Many times im confused of myself bc im in a state of mind when almost anything my body can take as an temptation and fighting with is exhausting and it gives me feel of being constant filthy. Its even worse when usually after two days of abstaining from everything im waking up early at the morning bc i got strong urges for having an intercourse with a man and having explicit thoughts in my mind which i cant throw away which makes mornings almost unbearable I would be pleased if there's someone more experienced than myself who could help me with this situation.

In direct temptation, turn to the Bible. Then try to gain a habit or two each week. Many habits are recommended at this thread. I will ask that everyone who comes here regularly to pray for you as well.
