How do i pass day 15

    It's been 2 times i got to 15 days but then relapsed, this time i was clean of any kind of porn for 13 days then slowly gone back to that disease.

    So what happened is after day 13 i became extremely horny and i couldn't even think or even enjoy playing a game or watching anything, my life became hell.

    Do you guys know a way to reduce sex drive when i feel like that? it will help me a lot in my journey

  2. Just think of it like this, your horny which is a completely normal feeling to have. You can channel that energy to do something productive like working out. In my opinion you shouldn’t want to reduce your sex drive that’s just a part of being human. You just need to find a healthy outlet for it which does require some work on your end. Video games and TV is not a healthy outlet it can serve as a distraction but not when the urges are strong.

    That is because the mind has been so much used to do it in the day 13 or close, so the brain says "oh now is time again of do it".
    Show him who rules in this body. Teach to your brain what to do , this is new for him.

    When the urge is strong , that means that is his last attack(is temporary this no forever) ,after that day 13 it will be calm down.
    Create a big motivation, write in a paper why are you want to leave this and read that day , that would works as a memory, it helps.

    get to the gym and hit those dumbells, do pushups. Basically get the hell out of your house because that is the moment your testosterone spike the hell out of the rooftop my man

    You need to keep trying. You need to find a way to enjoy going a long time. You need to embrace the feeling of being constantly aroused. Once you pass a certain point however, you won't be anymore.

    Here is a suggestion: don't try and control or minimize the urge, that is not going to help, it is like trying to hold jello. Just stand there, don't touch your yourself, don't do anything, and watch it flower, the urge itself, not necessarily any images that come about. It will pass, maybe you will get hard maybe your temperature will increase, maybe your heart rate as well. Once it flowers and dies off go and do something physical.

    Video games, lounging around, not utilizing your body, your muscles, your brain, not being human is going to make the expression of thoughts and urges more pronounced. Being sedentary will hurt you, this is one of the reasons why people nowadays can't handle addictions they aren't alive with their bodies, they aren't utilizing their brains. There is so much energy available and no way to express it, truly. Neither video games nor watching TV isn't going to help you utilize your energy, truly.

  9. If I have no partner, I just jerk off.
    Because really, this "can't control my urges, can't think about anything else" stage a lot of us experience around day 11-14 is not helping anyone and nullifies a lot of the nofap benefits.

    However, I do so under very STRICT rules:
    • no porn (obvioulsy)
    • no fantasizing about porn
    • no fantasizing about porn-like scenarios
    • (in fact: no fantasizing at all)
    • no hands: I use a fleshlight, lube and need to actively "pump" my hips instead of moving my arm
    If I can't jerk off or get hard with a blank mind, then I tell myself that I can't be that horny in the first place and that the urges are just silly brainwashing.

    In my experience, doing this, I keep ALL the benefits of nofap but gives me back my focus.
    Whereas peeking or binging on porn without masturbating destroys all progress.

    Works for me. Your mileage may vary.

    Embrace the urges. Allow them to happen and do everything except act on them. Use this as a new kind of energy to pour into the things that you love. Best of luck to you on this journey! It can happen! All love!
