    Hi everyone.
I wouldn't say I was addicted to porn, but for a long time I masturbated to porn once a day, or every two days. I wasn't going out with girls at the time and I was quite busy with stuff. Then one day I hooked up with a girl, and penis didn't work. At all. Tried a few times, a few more girls, and just couldn't get it up unless I took half pill of sildenafil. So that's what I did for some time, I masturbated to porn, and took some sildenafil to have sex. Until I couldn't stand it anymore and I realised that taking the blue pill makes no sense for someone who is only 33 years old. So here's my solution:
    1) Stop watching porn. If you want to recover you just can't watch it anymore, not even once because it will set you back to the beginning. If you can't stop watching porn, then I'm sorry but you will not recover.
    2) Use some moisturizer cream on your penis after showers. I used one that's actually for the face (Biotherm) but it felt right.
    3) Try to eat more or less healthy, do some excercise.
    4) For the first two weeks, don't masturbate. Don't even think about sex, clear your head a bit.
    5) Buy a good quality fleshlight, the more real the better. And a lot of lube. You can't use your hand to jerk off anymore because it desensitizes your penis and it doesn't feel like actual sex. You need to start rewiring your brain to actual sex.
    6) Every now and then when you are horny, masturbate with the fleshlight with enough lube, and make sure you clean it properly afterwards or you might get balanitis like I did (it's no big deal but it's annoying, red spots on the head, you can google it).
The first times you use the fleshlight your dick won't get hard, don't worry about that. Wait for the next time you are in the mood. And think about girls you've been with or girls you'd like to be with, don't you dare think about porn stuff when you use the fleshlight.
    7) Once you are confident and the fleshlight has become your new girlfriend, go buy a lot of condoms. You will now continue doing the same but wearing condoms. Make sure you are hard before wearing it, if not, play with the fleshlight a bit, wait until you are hard or leave it for another time. Get used to the condom and the fleshlight, make sure it works fine for two months.

That's it. Or at least that's how I've done it. Basically it's like training for sex, it took me 4 months but it's a process, it might take more or less depending on you. I've been with a couple of girls afterwards and I had no problem at all. I get hard super easily, I don't get anxious about the condom (since I'm used to it now!), when a girl starts playing with my dick it gets hard in no time and it stays hard. That voice in the head that says "your dick won't work" is long gone. Every now and then I still use the fleshlight when I need to masturbate. I'm never watching porn again and I won't use my hands to jerk off unless I travel and I don't have the fleshlight with me.
If you have a strong will, recovering is actually quite simple. Good luck everyone!

Congrats on the recovery! The exact steps may not be for everyone but the principles make sense. A lot of people are down on fleshlights and I'm not sure it would be for me but until this COVID mess gets fixed and men and women can be out mingling again freely, it seems like a reasonable stopgap for men with no partner in their "bubble".

I do have a question. Why the moisturizing cream?
