I met this girl, and we've started dating each other since 5 months ago. Recently we had sex and it was so amazing. She wanted to have sex again and i said no because i wanted to know something. Can guys here who are dating/married can tell me how many times is it ok to have sex with your gf/wife in a week/month? Because even having too much sex is not good for our health. Even sex is an addiction just like drink and drugs.
When you have a girlfriend it is normal to have sex as often as both of you want to have sex. But in general it would be normal to have sex every time you see each other, or at least every second time, and multiple times on the weekends. When you are married and have had kids, I would say that once or twice a week is normal if you have a healthy relationship. I wouldn't turn her down if she wants to have sex with you. Normally its the guy who wants to have more sex than the woman, so if she is up for it, I say go for it! Good luck!
