I’ve been in the midst of trans porn addiction for far too long and I need to stop before it’s too late!

In the past year, I feel like I’m at the stage where woman are becoming less attractive which scares the hell out of me. Now when I’m having sex with woman I’m fantasying that it’s a trans person I’m having sex with.

I’m finding myself watching more extreme trans porn now and even going on gay dating apps to talk to trans people And have cyber sex which is making me feel really bad within myself. My self-esteem is so low I can’t even look people in the eye anymore which is due to this trans porn addiction.

Because I’ve been doing this for 20 years now and it’s progressively got worse I feel like I’ve might of change my sexual spectrum forever.

Hey man... first of all cool handle.... As someone who has fetishes Ill say there is hope. I'm 40 and have had an FBB fetish since my teens -- you can begin to move towards a more naturalistic form of sexuality... but I also think having empathy towards yourself is important as well. Believe it or not you can slowly decouple your fetish from your own natural sexuality. I'm not sure it ever truly goes away but you have to realize this fetish has evolved as a way for you to process some feelings that may have gone unrealized from being a child. In that way a fetish is a bit like a manifestation of our inner child. Do not throw out the baby with the bathwater as they say because this inner child will need your love. I think often times as men we try to be a tough guy in all aspects of our lives, but with some aspects that have to do with formative experiences of our past we try to muscle them -- when what we need to do is realize they are still a piece of us that might need to be integrated.

The fetish is no doubt exacerbated by our modern society which can give you anything you want on your screen. The same way its not good to give a child anything it wants it is not good to give our addictions anything it wants either. All this is to say you are on the right path. You are opening up a dialogue with yourself. You are doing what so few in this world have done. Be patient begin by taking yourself off the digital stimuli. The natural world is your friend. Nature. Loved ones. Good music. Good books. Fill your life up with the good. Walk with this inner child in you who needs love and show it the way. Do not just feed it whatever it wants thats bd parenting.

In closing a user put me on to a good series of ebooks over comming fetishes which I can recommend to you.

Also post here and hopefully you can get a good dialogue going. You are a brave person to face this head on.

  3. Porn leads to escalation (not to mention PIED).

So quit ALL porn. Porn is the problem, not just trans porn.

Don't be ashamed because shame isn't good and it can keep you stuck. So you watched trans porn, who cares, just quit it all and you'll feel better soon.

Precisely this. Like any other addiction, it will never remain at a plateau; it always ramps up and gets more extreme. As your dopamine receptors dwindle, your brain will require you to up the intensity in order to achieve the same thrill. People who say porn is nowhere near as bad as drugs or alcohol have absolutely no clue what they're talking about. Porn is actually worse in some ways because, unlike drugs and alcohol, you can access porn whenever you want to, and it won't cost you a dime. I feel the reason that porn addiction is more of a widespread problem in 2020 than it was in decades past is because it's available completely free of charge now. Before all the free video websites, you had to pay for things like magazines, VHS tapes, DVDs, and website subscriptions.

  5. It Is never too late. The best option you have is stop watching P at all. Try blocking trigger sites or taking a pause from technology at all.
