    Hello Nofap community, my username is 1Aspiring3, I am addicted to online pornography; I have an addictive personality and a wealth of experience in a variety of addictions-none of which has been more difficult to abstain from than pmo. As an addict I find myself unable to stay motivated for any long duration of time, I experience quilt , shame, depression and perpetuate the self destructive behavior-a cycle I cannot seem to escape. I have joined the Nofap community in order to change my life. Please help me along the way, I really do want to change.

    You came to the right place, here, we help each other through it all. I'm trying too, have faith that you are stronger than any urge. If I have an urge, I leave the house and go anywhere, the mall, the library and check out a book. I do anything right now to avoid having as much down time. We can do this, one day at a time.

    That is good advice, I will try not to allow myself to be alone with the urge. I wish you the best of luck and I know you can make it one more day-just for today.
