I am getting interesting urges

    So guys I am on day 4 of NoFap and I am getting urges that I think are actually showing some signs of improvement. I believe my biggest issue here is not watching porn but my urges are me just wanting to masturbate. I don't want to watch porn or anything. I think that this is a good sign that I might be moving on from porn but I need to be careful because I could be wrong since I am only on day 4.

    I noticed the urges are always super strong during the first week. Once you get past these days, it becomes so much easier. Keep trying!

    Yeah this is an interesting topic, and I'm glad you brought it up. When I am fresh into a reboot, I will usually have urges related to hardcore fetishes for the first few days. After a while, I will start having urges for sex - just regular sex (with women). And eventually, I will start craving a relationship and emotional connection to someone. I think that is a good sign of internal healing.
