Hello community, I'm Ibrahim, a very troubled PMO addict.

Today is day zero in my fight against PMO FOREVER!!.I'm 18 years old, & the reason im doing this is that due to over-masturbation, my balls have shrunk & I'm suffering from prejac (+ its a really nasty habit anyway, why mess myself up more?) I was at my 15th day when I failed today. It seems I always relapse when i decide to use my laptop. I just lose my cool when I realize porn is just one click away. Nice to meet ya'll. Good Luck!!

  6. It's good that you recognise the risk of using your laptop. One of my first steps in recovery was to make a rule not to have my laptop in my bedroom. Sad truth: it literally lived in my bed because I would PMO every night, taking up the spot where a gf would have been. Your laptop may be something that you need to use at times, but you can create your own boundaries around it such as not using it before bed, or only using it at coffee shops, etc.
