Ever since I saw the porn from the spamming two days ago, I have had severe urges and erotic images in my head. I even searched for a porn word on Google Image, but removed the phone from my face before I was fully exposed to the imagery. I took a cold shower one hour ago, but it didn't seem to help much. I still feel like I need to watch some porn even though I don't want to. I just have to remind myself that I must get through this and out on the other side.

stop thinking about it and get yourself busy with something , close NoFap too if necessary ... until you forget that and get your head clear again
I suggest that you watch this video now and then close your computer or phone and go do something productive at once

  3. A lot of us got urges; it's about trying to forget those images and fixating your mind on other things. Easier said then done? It's really not; consciously change your thoughts should it crop up and soon enough temptation will pass.

Thank you for the advice. I moved my homework to a room with other people and it helped a lot. Now I'm nervous about bedtime. Very good video that gave me a new perspective on my urges.

I try my best, but I feel like it is always there. Whenever I see a girl on the street or at my school I automatically focus on their chest area and get erotic imagery in my head. I feel ashamed about it and look away immediately, but still. This has been harder to control after the attack where I saw porn for the first time in a couple of weeks.

Don't try to control your thoughts. Just watch them. Mindfulness is the key. If you apply mindfulness and just simply observe the impulse, rather than suppress it, it takes a lot less mental energy, which actually helps maintain your willpower.

A great book to read in "Willpower Instinct"
