i can't last more than 3 days anymore

i started nofap this summer .
i had a big start, my first relapse was at day 30 , second one was on day 18,
third one was on day 47 , after this one i only lasted for 1 week .but now i cant last more than 3 days i relapsed twice today .
please guys i really need to break this addiction , i started highschool this year and i dont want to fuck up my future.
 
Well yea, I am planning to install K9 security as a porn blocker. Many folks on this forum recommend and use it aswell. 30 and 47 Days are still an impressive achievement, but I get your fustration because I was also on those streak-days before I relapsed. In those early stages you feel invincible and gain confidence, however you are still addicted and those are the stages where the 2nd wave of attacks will hit. So my advice is to not let your guard down and use the same techniques that you gained your success with earlier. Right now, again in the beginnig, willpower alone won't help. You need to rely on your actions. When feeling an urge, move your body, immediately do a cold shower, Plan ahead your days and weeks to minimize stress. Please keep your phone out of your bed when you are sleeping because night urges are a living hell and (in my exprience ) you will give in so easily in the night.
