I desire sobriety once more

Hey all around april to June I hit about 80 ish days of NoFap. I then got extremely sick and used fapping as a tool to comfort me. Since then I've gone on binges of fap sessions coupled with a week or two of no fapping. Last night I wept because I felt like a monster and I decided to come back to this site to try once more. Every morning I will post in this thread as a journal and if I feel any urges I will write here or check other peoples' sobriety stories. I know I can do this. I've done it before. I dont want to be the monster I was last night. Would also love to find an AP if someone reads this.

Just felt an urge LMAOO (that was quick) reporting here to say that I'm reading many of my fellow nofappers' material to really grind it into my subconscious.
