    Yea man, I plan on doing the same. Gonna take a little while off to see how and if it effects me and then make a final decision from there. That sounds like a decent plan. I feel that I'm kinda in a crossroads now. Good luck to both of us on figuring out the next path to follow.

    nofap is like a school and maybe you feel it's time to graduate :p. About it's depression or improvement, maybe you have found the universal key, i think it's both, but it's rather boredom effect than depression. Like you get bored of something that keep repeating, even in porn, we get bored of the same porn when we watch it over and over again.

    You don't have to come here all day, I'm new here, and find it helps me with all the advise I see, but us newbs help each other stay strong, it's a place for people like us to bond and and help one another to grow and be better. I can see when I'm rebooted coming here to help others even if it's the same old shtick
