Well it was during peeing my penis was already sensitive... We're men usually shake off our penis after pee... And when i was shaking, i accidentally shaking a bit hard as well as my penis was already sensitive.... It felt good for a moment, my brain thought i did it on purpose but I'm not sure at all... Is it a relapse?

Nope, I don't think you should worry about small things. I have this issue happen to me a lot actually. Has this happened again since then?

Dude said is it a relapse? You cannot be serious. This forum is so frustrating Whats with a lot of you guys?…

  4. That's not a relapse; it's perfectly natural. That's like asking if morning wood is a relapse.

I think this site needs to do a better job marking out clear differences between natural desire/occurrences, and behaviours that actually constitute a relapse.

You're fine, friend. MW, wet dreams, the whole nine yards; they are going to happen, because you're a human being:emoji_thumbsup:.

Good point, I should point out, i get intense morning wood now that I'm no pmo and more erections throughout the day, also followed by blue balls and it's all natural and normal.

  6. Same here.

I think the difficulty many guys have is confusing their natural urges (i.e. morning wood) with urges to relapse. That's the problem with PMO addiction; the lines can be blurry. Your body's sex drive is healing, and responding to things that you were once numb to. It's not supposed to be an effort to get it up; that's actually a sign that something's wrong.

Also, testosterone levels peak in the morning, which is the direct cause. I think this forum should do more to educate newcomers on this, while de-stigmatizing the symptoms.

I agree, I'm new to all this and it was a pain in the a** to learn what this all is about haha. I'm still trying to find someone trustworthy I can confide in and talk with who understands this stuff and could guide me a bit on my journey.

  8. That's what we all need. Our journey's are different, and require tailor-made attention based on our individual life circumstances. To many people here jump on the "Cold shower, 90-day streak, gym-bro" bandwagon.

Well, if you don't find anyone, I'll volunteer. Most of my APs don't respond much.
