I had a dream of watching porn

    During my sleep last night I dreamt about myself watching a Porn scene, and I honestly thought I had relapsed and had to start nofap streak again. Then I woke up and realised that it was a dream and I was so relieved. I also had morning wood which I haven’t experienced in a long time. But I then started to question whether in fact I did relapse because the scene felt so real and I haven’t had morning wood in ages.

    Can someone tell me if I did have a relapse from this dream and why I experienced this dream.

    It’s a wet dream that you woke up from... No to relapse as wet dreams are out of your control.

    Having wet dream is awesome though it means you’re well on your way to stopping PMO, especially since you’re getting morning wood again, congrats friend keep it up!
