I had an internet detox recently

I suggest you do this. like take a break from online for a while. I'm doing that again and rn I'm watching the Tokyo Olympics. something i noticed was that i felt more in control. and all that energy went into use. I was confident and happy. I'm still at the phase where my motivation is kinda tanked tho.
