1)Do i need to reduce carbs intake while rebooting, even though i stopped eating any form of sugars expect fruits? I mean if I stopped eating carbs what else can i eat?
    2) can eat 1 meal of junk food one time a month or it will affect my progress?

Do not stop eating carbs. There is a huge myth going around that carbs are evil. It couldn’t be further from the truth. Carbs are exactly what you need to give your brain the power to reboot. The brain runs on glucose. Supply your brain with as much glucose as possible, make it the base of your diet. Avoid processed sugar, stick to as many fruits, potato, sweet potato, veg, rice, quonia as you can eat. Lower the FAT in your diet. Less meat (or none ideally) less oil, less nuts and seeds. I haven’t eaten junk food for 4 years. That’s up to you if you want to do that. If you ask me, it would be similar to relapsing once a month. Slippery slope my friend.
