I need help

Hi everybody,
I am a 22 year old male from Bangladesh.I am a medical student in an old and respected medical college in my country. I am addicted to porn since I was 14.I used to masterbate five or six times a day.As a result, I lost a number of things: my self esteem, my confidence, satisfaction, positive outlook and my erection.

I am a practicing Muslim.While its not strictly restricted to masterbate in Islam,porn is prohibited.
I pray to my god regularly, but I feel like a hypocrite and low.

In my medical college,I have a very tight schedule,Depression is easy to come, procrastination is my day to day companion.
Due to porn I lose my sweet sleep-hours on a daily basis,I miss classes, I miss important lectures, I lack attention and motivation and I am a total mess.

Recently I have been trying to reboot my brain and redeem myself in a lot of ways.But I can't maintain my nofap streak more than 2 or 3 days.
I need strong motivations,help and support from you people.
This is my only chance,I am counting on you,so help me out fellas.Have a good day.

I've been watching porn for 10 years and being a devout practising muslim myself and I can perfectly understand the feeling of hypocrisy you have. Don't lose hope - you feel lonely because no one in your family or friends circle know about this but you have taken this all important step of joining a community and seeking help. I've done tons of courses and programs and learnt a lot but I feel of having made little progress and this is all because I'm doing it alone. You can't do it alone...but your in the right place now. Read the threads, write comments, read success stories from people that are not bound by religion but have rebooted successfully. If they can do it, so can you...
