i been watching porn since i started 7th grade and when 8th grade started, porn started to die out and ive been masturbating in a doll for half of 8th grade. i kept trying to quit when 7th grade ended but kept failing and. finally at the last few months of 8th grade i wanted to fuckign end this shit and change my life. so i started working out ALOT and avoid masturbating as much as i can until i fix my brain from the damage. well today is offically my day of no porn and fap for 12 weeks. i feel better and more energy and can concentrate more and perform better in sports. i have gained 10 pounds of muscle from working out the past 12 weeks. the past 12 weeks i masturbated a bit for stress relieve but thats it. but no porn whatsoever but i feel extremely stressed and unhappy because of this and i had a wet dream today and had maybe around 10 the past 12 weeks. i am wondering if porn/masturbation can cause knee pain? also i was wondering if i can masturbate max 2 times a month no porn no porn fantasies and no falling into porn "Because you know what i already do it i would rather just watch porn" no im not going to fall into porn with that mentality. i want to masturbate just for relieve. and fantisizing while masturbating about real girls not pics. so please answer my questions about the knee pain and masturbation every once in a while NON COMPULSIVELY.

Hey i m 25 now. I started it in my 6th grade. I feel very guilty for that. I have very weak penis because of intense masturbation. Its very bad at such small age. You are so lucky, you found nofap. Its better to get rid of addiction at early period of it. You are on right path. Its my first day of no porn, no masturbation. I joined nofap a year ago. I completed successful 30 days of of no pmo. But somehow masturbation started again afr a month. Now i m back here again. Good luck for your journey. Its hard but possible. Avoid masturbation at this age. You dont know how it feels when you look at past and think about those 10 12 years of addiction. It feels so guilty.

I already pretty much quit. Im not addicted anymore Ive been masturbation since i was 6 year old every day until end of 6th grade but not to porn i only PMO for a year. I more or less quit already cuz i Dont want to look at porn. Im asking if its fine if i masterbate once in a while strictly keeping it down with without porn so i can have relief because it doesnt feel natural not to masturbate. Porn isnt natural whatsoever but im talking about masturbating.

I never saw porn when I was 13. Porn was not easily accessible when I was 13. And I didn't even know what porn was.

  5. My addiction started when I was 13. I think I was looking up something harmless for science and my safe search was off and I fell into that addiction and here I am 3 years later (Currently 16) attempting to quit this addiction and also warning people; telling people its not worth it. Its not worth wasting your life, energy, and motivation for a small moment of pleasure.

I already quit the addiction. I feel like its completely unnaturnal to hold it in, im think i have to listen to my inner instincts but i want to know if other people agree.. im not wasting energy or motivation accually its helping me.

  7. I'm sorry, I'm confused... Are you saying porn is helping you? Or that not watching porn is helping you? I'm saying that Porn drains energy and that its not worth wasting your time watching something that is destroying you. Please clarify what you're trying to say... Thank You

Hey bro! Congrats you found the forums, you're determined to improve and you look for help, that's great! Good luck with the journey. It seems you're really dedicated, great - stick to that if it gets hard! You've already come quite far.

I don't believe knee pain can come from masturbating (unless you take very strange body postures to do that, haha, but not directly). It might, however, have something to do with your workout. Sporting is great and healty and you should do it; however, you might want to be careful with working out too hard. With your age (sorry for talking like that, haha), your body is still growing, and though there is dispute about it, it is being said that working out too heavily too young is not too healthy. It all depends on what you're doing of course, but if you're really into fitness and weigh lifting and that kind of stuff, it might be a good idea to check with some phys eds teacher or coach/trainer or even fysiotherapist to see what you can do. Anyway back to the point, I have no idea if the knee has to do with your workout or not, but it is conceivable I guess.
If it keeps nagging, by all means check with your GP or something like that. knee problems can be a pain, and the sooner you act on it, the easier it might be to get rid of it.

With the masturbating, in all honesty, I don't know. Some people feel that in the end masturbation is some kind of sexual activity that does them more harm than good, mentally or even spiritually. Or they have the feeling that masturbation is making them think about women more as objects for pleasure, and less as human beings. Others think a healthy balance means masturbating now and then, but not too much. I'm leaning towards the first, myself. What do you think? You can reflect on it for yourself as well by asking yourself and trying to find out what masturbation does with you, on the positive ánd the negative side.

Getting rid of P is, I'm convinced, always a good idea. It's really good to see you're managing so well. Keep it up! It will make you feel much better about yourself as well. At least that was my experience in my 3-4 pornfree years after years of P addiction. And even now, recovering from falling back.

    All the best! take care

Im looking at the masturbation now and then because i feel like it would hurt to let it go. But porn is what im avoiding. So would it be fine and would i reset my counter if i ejaculate once in a while?

  12. Oh okay... Some people might think that way. But I personally believe that masturbation brings bad thoughts to the mind. and may also cause damage to the male and female parts. So I'm on a mission to quit both porn and masturbation. I had a friend who quit porn by only masturbating every other day, then once a week, then once a every other week, and so on. Until he completely let go. But I just think its not right, because while masturbating your brain creates fantasies and I feel like I should have to work to get a girlfriend the hard way to then feel the pleasure from real sex. Instead of pleasuring myself for doing nothing. If you feel like what you're doing is okay.. Then go ahead. But I personally feel its not correct. Good Luck!

  13. also remember change is always gonna feel wrong, or as you say "unnatural". Because you're used to a amount of pleasure and reward that comes from masturbation. Change is not a simple thing, But it can be a amazing thing once put into action. Not masturbating feels unnatural to you because you're used to the pleasure that comes from it. Change hurts but its worth it.

Check this video out.. It talks about how porn addicts have to change their mind set in order to completely quit.

What am i going to get out of it?

  16. When you masturbate you reward yourself for nothing. Again this is my mind set. You do what you wish. But I just don't think its right because you're rewarding yourself for nothing instead of going out there and meeting a real girl and building a relationship.

  18. You might be using as a stress reviler but when you orgasm from a masturbation session your reward system is up and going. But its good that you are going to go ahead and cut it off. Would like to see how you do... Good Luck.
