I'm at day 32 but I still keep pornographic videos stashed on my phone

I'm currently at Day 32 but still, I can't manage to delete the porn vids that's hidden in my device. I don't know why but I lack courage just go ahead and delete those videos. They mean so much man I just need a second voice saying "just go for it!" and I'll delete it right away.

I have found that deleting or throwing-away porn is harmful rather than helpful. There is a part of me that becomes bitter over the loss of my treasured collection, and that bitterness wrecks the abstinence effort.

What worked for me once was to remove the hard drive with all the porn and store it.

Just delete it, man. There will always be an excuse to go back to porn. You will find every reason to be bitter, hurt, resentful, anxious, or whatever feeling you can use to justify looking again. Ultimately there’s no full proof way to stop yourself, if you decide you’re going to do it, you’ll find a way. The easier it is to get to it the more likely you will do it on impulse and you will fail more often.

Nofap is about recovering from porn addiction, not about the number of days, this means you have to change as a person, even if it means doing something tough. If you want to recover you have to change, which means letting go of parts of ourselves we want to hold onto. You have to let go of some pleasure and trade it for something meaningful in your life or more valuable.

You have to delete it man. Otherwise, it will always be attached and rooted to you mentally. Because you know exactly where you stored it. Understand it is not easy but u need to take that step to transform your life. All the best!

In my opinion, it's the part of your porn addicted brain telling you to keep your treasured videos. Keeping the videos is like a recovering alcoholic saying he is going to keep beer in his refrigerator because he likes the design of the cams. Delete the videos and get rid of them. What have these videos ever done for you that they are so valuable?
