Cos, yeah I can SO relate to using it when dealing with difficult emotions. But, yeah, that's true. How proud can you feel when you deal with life by fapping (or female fapping in my case.) you know?

 

I also find myself wanting to scream at you, stop telling yourself your dopamine receptors are permanently damaged, cos that's what I feel like you are doing. You don't want to start to believe it. No, I don't think they ARE, either. Other people have got that balance back, I think you can, be but patient. It's a process. Hugs.

 

I also thought I was broken because I didn't get random erections throughout the day but the second a woman touches me in an intimate way my erections rage. Try be intimate with a woman and see what happens. If you're with a woman you like and it still doesn't work then I would panic lol but until then don't stress
