I am 29 years old, I am addict of PMO for 10 years (approx) and I used to PMO 3-4 times per day (approx)
Im almost 2 months into NoFap, I still experience panic attacks, severe anxiety , little to no libido etc.

I get 100% erections as Morning Wood, But I don't get erections during the day , random boners you get when you see a woman or think about sex,

When Im panicked, I want to fap because that's how I have dealth with stress and anxiety , Im not fapping at all and Im not going to fap now.

But am I permanently damaged? Are my dopamine receptors permanently damaged?
Will I not get erection ever?

The standard rule of thumb is that it tales 80-90 days to reboot.

    How are your urges?

Your anxiety and panic attacks, are they due to PMO or due to other causes? Do you have an Anxiety disorder that may be contributing?

What activities have you inserted into your life to fill what porn was doing for you?

My urges are low now but I had very high urges for about 1-2 days , you can say I had urges but rest 58 days I felt nothing no libido nothing.
Whenever I have panic attack and anxiety I feel such extreme urge to fap because thats how i was dealing with my stress, anxiety, panic attack earlier, i used to just masturbate and put a cap on all those feelings and felt good by the orgasm dopamine rush.

I want to fap and have orgasm but my dick is flaccid and dead.
Im excercising, doing yoga and studying for my upcoming exam.
Do you think Im permanently damaged? Can dopamine receptors be permanently damaged?

Dont think that your dopanime receptors are permanently damaged. They are just messed up. Im not a doctor but let put some logic in here. Junkies consumes drugs far more dangerous for their nervous system than watching porn. We all agree that porn can be a drug but it will never get to the level of cocaine ou heroine. Yet these junkies after rehap, they get a normal life, of course after a lot of pain, after a lot of time too. So maybe if you've beenmasturbating for like 10 years your reboot process will take more time like instead of 90 days you'll need 120.

thing is you need to accept the fact that masturbation is not a solution anymore in your life. In our lifes too, in the life of any man with some pride

Don't just identify with your brain. Your mind may justify a return to porn by thinking you have done irreparable damage.

Im ready to give in the time of 120 or 150 days, I just want to be cured and thats all I want,
I got my blood tested, I had free testosterone level 491 , and i am 29, which is very low for a 29 year old man :(

A month for every year perhaps. That would be 300 days then.

300 days means about 10 months, fine I will do the hard work of abstaining for 10 months,
But are you sure I will be completely healed after 10 months?
Right now I feel like i will never get healed :(

Well, no certainties in life. But what have you got to lose?

Never give up, and be confident in what you do. There may be tough times, but the difficulties which you face will make you more determined to achieve your objectives and to win against all the odds.

  16. I'll echo what others have said here. You spent up to a decade feeding your addiction, so why expect such early returns in your recovery? Just keep going, forget about the long term results and focus on the present. You'll get where you want to be, just DON"T GIVE UP!

I am ready to fight , but I should atleast know that I will be cured if I do the hard work.
Will I ever reach to that pre-pmo stage? Are my dopamine receptors permanently damaged?

  19. Everyone's recovery time is different, so there's no way to tell you how long it will take. I don't believe your receptors are permanently damaged; you'll know you're healed when it happens. I'm sorry that's a crappy answer, but really only time will tell.

One dude above said its 1 month of recovery for 1 year of abuse, so that equals 10 months?
And thanks on saying that my dopamine receptors are not permanently damaged, but can they be permanently damaged in some cases?
