    In order to be committed to this journey and keep going strong, you have to ask yourself what made you start NoFap.

    For me, it was the day I finally wanted to have sex with my then-girlfriend and I found out I had PIED. Most embarrassing moment of my life. It was the “thats it. This needs to stop” moment that got me to where I am right now.

    Mainly for religious reasons. Matthew 5 of the Bible says that if you look at a woman with lustful intent, you're guilty of adultery in your heart. After seeing how often I lusted after women, I came to the conclusion that I am abusing them. Women are precious creations of God, so they are entitled to some level of respect, but pornography objectifies them.
