Day 4 check in

 

KIA, you guys keep on fighting.

 

Day 4. I feel like I have a bit to go to regain my heat. Plagued with a certain amount of urges today, and it's pretty tempting. I promised I'd win this war, so that will happen regardless.

 

it might be right idk, tbh im in the stress mode right now, my academic life is not so good its fuvcked up to be honest

its ok my friend dust off and come back stronger

day 4
today is a bit funny i guess, im using an 5 years old android phone rn so it have some problem with storage, so i delete some file.. then i found deep inside my phone there are some porn in there, im not kind of ppl who download porn so it might auto download when i was streaming back then mix with my file so i must open it 1 by 1 , even tho im not watching it more than 3 second or if i was sure by the thumbnail it was porn then i will delete it... the result kinda funny because even tho its just a thumbnail for some second i tempted to watching it fully u know, but thank god its not happen

its a safe day for me but im have some urges right now, hope i can make it

Thanks. I'm hanging on, but it's different this time I think... I'm just white knuckling it, which was always a big part of my strategy, but now it's just that. I'm focused now on winning the war, not having another big streak. I can tell I'm not in the zone right now.
